The shop is operated by Nordic Safety ApS. These terms apply to consumer and business purchases unless otherwise agreed in writing. An individual business agreement takes precedence where valid. Mandatory consumer rights always remain unaffected.
Prices appear in the shop, quotation or order confirmation. Consumer prices include VAT and mandatory charges; shipping and the total are shown before payment. Business prices exclude VAT, shipping and applicable environmental, packaging or producer-responsibility charges unless stated otherwise. Obvious pricing errors are handled under Danish law.
Check the product, quantity, size, variant, delivery and billing details and contact information before ordering. Notify us promptly of errors. Orders are processed and confirmed under the stated ordering process, subject to applicable statutory rights.
Payment methods are shown at checkout or agreed individually. Charges are made according to the payment method and applicable law. We do not normally store full payment-card details. Business invoicing requires credit approval, with payment due as stated on the invoice. Non-payment may lead to delivery suspension, withheld orders, reduced credit, prepayment requirements or lawful debt collection.
Delivery may be by external carriers from our own or partner warehouses. Delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Business orders may be delivered in parts unless otherwise agreed; delays are governed by the agreement and Danish law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
For consumers, risk normally passes when the customer or their designated third party, other than the carrier, physically receives the goods. For business purchases, the agreed delivery terms apply; otherwise Danish law applies.
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of physically receiving the goods, including receipt by their designated third party other than the carrier. For an order delivered in separate parts, the period runs from receipt of the last item. Give a clear notice by email or telephone before the deadline. The order number, name, goods and receipt date help us process the request.
After notifying withdrawal, send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days. Contact us for the correct return address. The customer pays the direct return shipping costs and bears the return risk until receipt. Cash-on-delivery parcels are not accepted. We may deduct loss in value only from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning.
When the entire order is withdrawn, we refund payment including the cheapest standard delivery offered, but not the extra cost of a more expensive delivery choice. Refunds are due within 14 days of withdrawal notice; we may withhold payment until the goods are returned or proof of dispatch is provided.
The right may not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, including agreed logo, name, design or individual measurements, or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Being a non-stock or specially ordered item does not by itself remove a consumer's right of withdrawal.
Consumers have a two-year statutory right to complain about defects. Contact us within a reasonable time after discovering a defect, with the order number, product, description and relevant photos. Valid claims are handled under the Danish Sale of Goods Act and mandatory consumer rights. Report wrong, damaged or missing goods promptly; our errors will be handled without limiting those rights.
Businesses have no general 14-day withdrawal right. Accepted orders are binding unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law. Standard goods are normally not returnable without prior written approval. Approved returns must be unused, complete, undamaged and in original saleable packaging, packed properly for transport. The buyer bears costs and risk. Documented depreciation and agreed or reasonable administration charges may be deducted.
Custom-made, specially procured, printed, individually sized or customer-specific non-stock goods cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned after acceptance unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
Inspect deliveries promptly. Report visible defects, transport damage, incorrect goods or shortages in writing without delay, normally within five business days. Valid remedies may include repair, replacement, a proportionate price reduction or credit as provided by law. Do not return goods without prior written agreement; cash-on-delivery parcels are not accepted.
Contact us promptly if you want to cancel. For consumers, we will try to stop an order before processing or dispatch; statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected. Business cancellations require written agreement, particularly for custom or specially procured goods.
Late business payments may incur interest under the Danish Interest Act, lawful reminder fees, compensation and collection costs. Claims may be referred for external collection or court proceedings.
For business purchases, title may be retained until full payment only where validly agreed and lawful under Danish law.
We aim to keep product information accurate. Minor packaging or design changes may occur without changing essential function or specifications. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and product limitations.
Liability is governed by applicable Danish law. To the extent permitted, business liability excludes indirect losses, lost profits, operating losses, production losses, lost data and consequential loss, and contractual liability is limited to the invoice value of the affected delivery. These limits never exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Business prices may include or separately show packaging, environmental and producer-responsibility costs. These may be adjusted according to documented costs or legal changes. For consumers, all mandatory charges are included in the total price.
For business purchases, extraordinary events outside reasonable control may suspend affected obligations for the lawful duration. Examples include war, terrorism, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, lockouts, major cyber incidents, transport disruption, energy shortages, public restrictions and extraordinary supplier failures. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
We process personal data under the GDPR and applicable Danish data-protection law. See our privacy policy for purposes, legal bases, retention and your rights.
Contact us first about a complaint. If it cannot be resolved, eligible consumer disputes may be submitted through the relevant official Danish consumer complaints service, subject to its conditions.
Danish law applies. For consumers, the choice of law and jurisdiction does not remove mandatory protections or rights under the law that otherwise applies. Business disputes are heard by the Danish courts at a validly agreed venue or, otherwise, under the general jurisdiction rules.
